The King’s College was the vision of Pastors Gerry and Maureen McCoy, opening its doors in 1986. Originally located at the site of Sloan’s Cottage, a National Trust building in Leda. The schools time at this site was short when in 1987 the move was made to a building in Medina, where facilities were shared with Freeway Church.
In 1991 TKC moved to its current site at 70 Bertram Rd, Wellard. Lantern Creative is working to develop a structured approach for the future growth and building fabric of the school in the years to come. By identifying the current and potential future requirements of the school, the master plan sets out a guide that ensures informed decisions are made into the future.
